Whether you currently work in business, non-profits, government, or another field, an MBA can help you increase your skills in finance, marketing, strategic leadership, and other fields.

Our MBA program is designed by professionals, for professionals. That means you’ll learn from instructors who still work in their field and can provide you with real-world organizational problems you can solve using your newfound knowledge and skills.

How does the MBA work?

Before you begin the program, you will choose a 4-course concentration that best aligns with your career goals:

  • Business Analytics
  • Business Strategies
  • Current Issues in Business
  • Financial Management
  • Managerial Accounting
  • Managerial Economics

How is the master of business administration different from the master’s in organizational leadership?

Both the MBA and the MAOL programs build upon existing leadership skills, but the curriculum prepares you for different outcomes.

Business administration

Learn the theories and practices that businesses are grounded in; then use these learnings to direct strategic change within an organization. Your coursework will be focused on data-centric topics like economics, finance, and marketing.

Organizational leadership

Learn to manage the human side of organizations through skills like change management, persuasion, and conflict resolution.
